About This Project

The first document that evidences the presence of Jews in Florence dates back to the XIV century.

The institution and the demolition of the florentine ghetto had large consequences on the urban asset of the city.

This itinerary starts on Piazza della Repubblica and includes seveval points of interests related to the Jewish tradition.

This itinerary includes the Florentine Synagogue and its museum.

This tour is for all ages, nationalities and religious beleiefs.

Please note: Tour Duration: 3 hours
Entrance fee for the Synagogue Museum is 6, 5 Euro per person (children until 5 are free, children 6-14 and students aged 15-26 are Euro 5 with valid ID showing age) to be paid directly at the Synagogue entrance.
I will pre-book skip-the-line, with a designated entrance time for you for the exact number and age in your party as written by you.


The Synagogue is closed on Saturdays , as well as on Jewish holidays.
